This is a very versatile oil. We use it for
everything. Externally for your skin, rose
geranium is good for bathing. A couple
drops in a carrier oil in a bath is
soothing. It helps regenerate skin at a
cellular level. It balances oil glands. So if
you have oily skin then it will help dry it
out and visa versa.
Mentally, rose geranium stimulates the
adrenal cortex. It has an anti
depressant effect. It is balancing for
hormones. Great for hot flashes!
Internally, rose geranium is good for
balancing hormones when taken with
soy milk, jelly of fruit desserts.
