This oil is a hot and spicy. It
reminds me of those little red hots
as a kid..... Cinnamon is one of the
most highly antiseptic Essential
oils. It is best diluted (1 drop to 40
or 50 drops of massage oil or a
vegetable oil base. If it is still to hot
when applied, Dilute even more
with a vegetable oil, such as Olive
to dilute it even more. May be used
neat on the bottom of the feet.
